This dossier documents an eight-year cross-border family case focused on enforcement within the EU, where final decisions, European procedures and human-rights remedies have not produced an effective practical outcome.

This case is presented in an anonymised form to protect the children’s privacy. Some public materials, including a publicly available ECHR judgment, may allow the case to be identified. The purpose of this website is not to re-litigate the family dispute itself, but to document how enforcement procedures have operated in practice. Although personally involved, the author presents facts based on court decisions, procedural records and documents that can be reviewed upon request.
